Take your Sport Performance to the next level with the Fitness Foundation. At the fitness foundation we believe in building every athlete from the bottom up. Fitness Foundation coaches are current or former high-performance athletes and hold industry leading certification in sprint training and athletic sport conditioning.
Every program will involve core strengthening, corrective exercises to enhance your performance. Our programs will make you faster, stronger, more explosive while improving your mobility and flexibility.
Spring Speed/Power Program
This program is designed to make you faster, stronger, more explosive with more efficient movement patterns. You will be instructed by an experienced Sprints/Strength and Conditioning Coach. Workouts will utilize technical running drills, plyometrics, running, core strengthening mobility and flexibility, to take your performance to the next level.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for male and female athletes between the ages of 13-18 of a variety of different speed/power sports such as:
Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Football, Rugby, Baseball, Basketball, and more.
When and where will this program run?
This programs runs 6 weeks May 22nd- June 3oth Tuesdays @ 6-7pm and Saturdays @ 11am-12pm at the track at Macleod Park in Langley BC.
How much will it cost?
This program cost:
- $199.99+GST for 12 sessions (2 days a week)
- $125 + GST for 6 Sessions (1 day a week)
When do I have to register by and how do I register?
Registration opens April 7th and Closes June May 15th at midnight or when spots are filled.

Right on Track Speed Training:
This program is geared towards athletes of numerous speed/power sports (Baseball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Hockey, Football, Rugby and more). We will work on running technique through various drills, plyometric and sprinting training at Macleod Athletic Park in Langley, BC.
