What is Online Training?

Online training is a remote training program that is designed specifically for you! Our programs are built according to your lifestyle, goals, access to equipment and skill level. At the Fitness Foundation we utilize an online training app with hundreds of exercise videos that you have 24hrs access to.

What are the first steps?

Our programs start with a 30 minute goal session where we go over everything from what equipment you have access to, how often you can workout, what you are training for and most importantly what your SMART goals are. From this meeting we will build you a unique program for you! If you live in the Vancouver/Langley Area you can make an appointment at the fitness foundation. If you live anywhere else in Canada or can’t make it into the Fitness Foundation not a problem we can arrange a Skype or FaceTime session!

How do I access my workouts?

Each workout will be programmed in your calendar on your profile of the app. From here you click on your workout and follow along! Each exercise has an intro video that shows you how to do the exercise, so you know what you are doing?

How do I Track my workouts?

Utilizing our application Trainerize you can track your training results in time from your phone with notes on how the workout went. Your trainer will have access instantly after you complete each workout. This is how we will keep you accountable, on track and progress your program!

How often do we have Skype/Face-time checkins?

We will book followup Skype times every two weeks to make sure you stay on track! If you have questions in between feel free to send us a text or email and we will help you out 🙂

Online training is perfect for all skill levels. Whether you are a beginner looking to start with some home workouts or a high performance athlete looking to take their performance to the next level, our experienced coaches will guide you to your goals!

30 minute Goal setting session: $50.00 CAD
One Month Online Training Package : $160.00/Month
Three Month Training Package: $130.00/Month
Six Month Training Package: $120.00/Month

Online Running Programs

Optimize your time running with personalized running programs with the Fitness Foundation. Our Certified Running Coaches will build you a personalized program based on your goals and experience as a runner. Our online platform and use of GPS/HR watches allows us to monitor your progress and make changes to your program as we progress.Don’t live in the Lower Mainland? No worries, our services are available nationwide. 30 minute goal sessions can be done via skype or in person if you live close?

Goals Session and program design is $100+GST and Running Programs monitoring is $20/month
