Are you a runner looking for a fun group atmosphere in Langley to run in? Look no further! Join the Fitness Foundation Run Crew Tuesday nights from 7-8pm at the track at Walnut Grove Track for a FREE, fun workout! All distances and skill levels welcomed.
What is Track Tuesday?
These workouts will utilize Fartlek, and interval training to help you increase your speed and muscular endurance! This efficient style of training will take you under 1 hrs for warmup, workout and cool down 🙂 Workouts will be designed to accommodate those who run <10km, 1/2 Marathons, and Full Marathon distances!
How do I register?
Registration is simple! Just send the Run Crew a message that you are planning to attend and show up at 7pm (if it is your first time if you could arrive 5 min early to give you time to fill out the waiver) you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org
