Spring Speed/Power Program
This program is designed to make you faster, stronger, more explosive with more efficient movement patterns. You will be instructed by an experienced Sprints/Strength and Conditioning Coach. Workouts will utilize technical running drills, plyometrics, running, core strengthening mobility and flexibility, to take your performance to the next level.
Who is this program for?
This program is designed for male and female athletes between the ages of 13-18 of a variety of different speed/power sports such as:
Hockey, Lacrosse, Soccer, Football, Rugby, Baseball, Basketball, and more.
When and where will this program run?
This programs runs runs tuesday nights 6-7pm from May 27nd- July 3rd on Tuesdays at the Walnut Grove track facility behind the school and community centre.
How much will it cost?
This program cost:
- $100 + GST for 6 Sessions
When do I have to register by and how do I register?
Registration opens May 15th and will remain open until all slots are filled.
